Terms of Service

• Online bookings are for up to 5 guests. For larger groups, call us on 920018998.
• A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation on screen. Please give a mobile number we can reach you on.
• Please book only with real details, for yourself or for the people you are booking for, with their agreement.

• We hold your table for 15 minutes after the booking time. After that, it may be given to other guests.
• Tables are booked for 90 minutes.
• Shorts are not permitted inside the restaurant.
• Seating preferences and occasions are requests. We do our best, depending on the tables free, but cannot guarantee them.

You can change or cancel your booking with the link in your confirmation message, or by calling 920018998. If you cannot come, please cancel so another guest can have the table. Repeated no-shows may limit future online bookings. In rare cases, such as a closure, we may need to change or cancel a booking; we will tell you as soon as we can.

Tell us about allergies when you book and tell your waiter on the day. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish and sesame, so we cannot guarantee a dish is completely free of them.

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. They are set by the menu at the branch on the day of your visit and may change.

Please do not misuse the website, for example by making false bookings, overloading it, or trying to access parts that are not public. The names, logos, photographs, films and texts on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate — branches, hours, menu — but it may change. Links to other sites, such as maps or social networks, are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

We are responsible for providing the service you booked with due care. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee or that are caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh decide any dispute. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking.
